Requirements

Education

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
Preference will be given to candidates with qualifications in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines.
No 3rd Class /Division or CGPA will not be accepted at any stage of the academic career.

Experience

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks

Additional Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Digital Banking Operations, Internet Banking Operations, ADC Operations, Payment Services, Project Management, or related banking functions.

• Hands-on experience in user management, transaction monitoring, digital channel operations, vendor coordination, troubleshooting, UAT activities, and regulatory reporting will be preferred.

Responsibilities & Context

Monitor Internet Banking, SMART App, and SMS services for smooth operation and service availability.

Supervise and support operational tasks, including troubleshooting, resolving user complaints, and ensuring proper charge realization for SMS alerts.

Facilitate onboarding of corporate and retail Internet Banking users, including user ID creation, password reset, and access management.

Provide first-level IT support for ADC workstations and internal systems.

Coordinate with ICT, ERA InfoTech, SSL Wireless, and other vendors for system upgrades, technical support, and issue resolution.

Maintain operational documentation, including product manuals, office notes, UAT/UVT reports, BRD, PID, and DFD for project execution.

Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational and regulatory reports.

Monitor and resolve fund transfer issues, transaction limits, beneficiary updates, and MFS-related complaints.

Support branch, agent outlets, and contact center operations regarding digital banking issues.

Assist in testing, deployment, and fine-tuning of new features or system releases.

Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Bank guidelines, internal policies, and audit requirements.

Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Internet Banking, SMART App & SMS Operations.
