Requirements

Education

Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting / Finance / Management
From any reputed Public or Private University/Institution

Experience

2 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Additional Requirements

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities & Context

Maintain and manage all financial records including general ledger, accounts payable, and receivable

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports

Monitor project-wise costing, budgeting, and profitability analysis

Ensure timely collection of receivables and manage payment schedules

Supervise bank transactions, reconciliations, and cash flow

Ensure compliance with tax, VAT, and other statutory requirements

Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits

Develop and implement financial policies and procedures

Provide financial insights and recommendations to management
