Requirements
Education
MBA/M. Com in Finance/Accounting from any reputed University.
CA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
Knowledge on VAT, TAX & Custom duty will be considered as additional qualification.

Experience Requirements:
Minimum 7–10 years of practical experience in Finance & Banking operations.
Experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or corporate organizations will be preferred.
Additional Requirements:
Strong knowledge of banking procedures and financial regulations in Bangladesh.
Sound knowledge of ERP/accounting software and MS Office applications.
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and monitor all banking and financial activities of the company.
Handle banking transactions including loan processing and fund management.
Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
Monitor working capital and ensure smooth financial operations.
Analyze financial risks and recommend appropriate solutions.
Supervise and guide finance and accounts team members.
Ensure timely submission of VAT, Tax, and other statutory compliance documents
Support management with financial analysis and strategic planning.
