Minimum 8–10 years of hands-on banking experience with significant exposure to retail banking.

Strong business development acumen with a proven ability to identify opportunities, build stakeholder relationships, and achieve ambitious portfolio targets.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage with senior government officials and policymakers.

The bank is seeking a qualified and purpose-driven professional for the following position within its Distribution Network Division:

Senior Manager/ Manager, Government Relations, Distribution Network

Job Grade: Up to FAVP

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and develop new business opportunities within Government and Institutional segments to expand the bank`s Assets and Liabilities portfolio — covering deposits, retail loans, credit cards, and salary accounts.

Develop, refine, and continuously enhance segment-centric propositions covering lending, deposits, salary accounts, and credit card solutions.

Drive nationwide growth of the Dyuti proposition through strategic engagement with government organisations, ministries, departments, and officials at all levels.

Achieve quantitative business targets as defined in annual KPIs including CASA, term deposits, retail assets, credit card issuance, and salary account acquisition.

Increase wallet share through cross-selling of loans, credit cards, insurance, and digital banking products aligned with the lifecycle needs of government employees.

Monitor portfolio performance, profitability, and quality on a quarterly basis, and initiate corrective actions to ensure targets are consistently met.

Organise strategic events, financial wellness programmes, and institutional engagement initiatives to strengthen the bank`s presence and brand within the government employee ecosystem.

Coordinate branding and visibility activities, including on-ground campaigns and digital outreach, to position Dyuti as the preferred banking proposition for government employees nationwide.

Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic responses.
