Requirements

Education

Bachelor/Honors
4-year graduation preferably in Finance, Banking, Economics, Marketing or related any discipline from a reputed university with no third class/division or equivalent CGPA in the academic record.
Candidates with Master`s degree will get preference
Any relevant Professional Qualifications will be considered an added advantage.

Experience

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks

Additional Requirements

Age At most 40 years

Minimum 2 years of banking experience in Branch Banking (GB/Credit/Foreign Trade).

In-depth knowledge in Bangladesh Bank guidelines and relevant General Banking/Credit/Foreign Trade policies.

Strong communication skill in English and Bangla.

Age not exceeding 40 years as of July 1, 2026.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Responsibilities:

Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.

Ensuring better customer services through smooth functioning of daily branch banking operation/ services

Promote and advise customers on the bank’s products and services.

Ensure proper Customer KYC, CIB, Loan documentation, and regulatory compliance.

Build and maintain strong relationships with the bank`s customers and stakeholders.

Achieve business, operational, and financial targets while expanding the client base.

Meet the company’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Participate in Deposits campaigns, customer engagement programs, and business development initiatives.

Manage customer portfolios to maximize deposit retention and drive liability and asset growth.

Maintain auditable records, support audit and compliance requirements, and ensure smooth branch service delivery.
