Requirements

Education

MBA or Master’s Degree in any Business Discipline will be preferred.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (4-Year Program) from a recognized university is mandatory.

Experience

2 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Insurance

Additional Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in Training & Development, Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or related functions.

Experience in training design, planning, facilitation, coordination, and learning administration is required.

Prior experience in the Insurance Industry will be considered an added advantage but is not mandatory.

Strong presentation, Excellent communication, facilitation and public speaking skills.

Strong analytical ability and data interpretation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.

Ability to organize large-scale training programs and manage multiple stakeholders.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Job Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize training materials, presentations, handouts, and learning interventions for sales and operational employees.

Plan, coordinate, and execute regional training calendars in alignment with organizational priorities and business goals.

Facilitate classroom, virtual, and field-based training programs with confidence and professionalism.

Analyze training needs, identify competency gaps, and recommend appropriate learning solutions.

Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback analysis, field observations, and performance tracking.

Prepare and maintain training reports, dashboards, MIS, and data-driven insights for management review.

Collaborate with Regional Heads, Branch Managers, and Sales Leaders to ensure effective implementation of learning initiatives and performance improvement plans.
