Responsibilities & Context
Manage procurement of food, beverages, packaging materials, and operational supplies.
Source, evaluate, negotiate, and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Coordinate deliveries and maintain accurate purchasing records.
Track stock movement and minimize inventory loss and wastage.
Analyze supplier pricing and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure the quality and timely availability of all purchased materials.
Collaborate with the operations and kitchen teams to support daily business requirements.
