Expertise in pharmaceutical sourcing, import management, and supplier qualification.
Ability to work independently, collaborate in teams, and make timely decisions.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
Responsibilities & Context
Develop strategic relationships with international manufacturers, suppliers, and local indentors to secure reliable sources of pharmaceutical raw materials and Reference Listed Drugs.
Source samples and qualify suppliers based on quality, regulatory compliance, manufacturing capability, commercial competitiveness, and documentation.
Manage end-to-end sourcing, including RFQs/RFPs, commercial evaluation, price negotiation, supplier selection, and agreement finalization.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth imports, timely deliveries, and quick resolution of logistics issues.
Optimize costs through strategic sourcing, supplier development, alternate source qualification, and commercial negotiations.
Work with R&D, QA, QC, RA, Marketing, A&F, and PPIC to support new product development and business continuity.
