Responsibilities & Context

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of all company vehicles, including buses, microbuses, cars, pickup vans, trucks, motorcycles, forklifts, and other transport equipment
Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, clutch, brake, steering, suspension, cooling, fuel, hydraulic, and exhaust system faults
Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after operation to identify maintenance requirements
Repair or replace defective mechanical parts, components, and accessories
Coordinate with Transport & Fleet Management team regarding maintenance schedules and vehicle availability
Maintain proper lubrication, oil changes, filter replacement, battery servicing, and periodic tune-ups
Ensure all maintenance work complies with company safety standards and manufacturer specifications
Maintain maintenance history, repair logs, spare parts records, and vehicle service documentation
Report recurring mechanical issues and recommend permanent corrective actions
Coordinate with spare parts suppliers and external workshops whenever necessary
Assist in annual vehicle fitness inspections, registration renewals, insurance inspections, and compliance activities
Ensure proper utilization of maintenance tools, workshop equipment, and diagnostic instruments
Minimize vehicle downtime through effective preventive maintenance planning
