Responsibilities & Context
Receive, check, and store incoming materials/products properly.
Accurate and timely data entry of the raw materials in the inventory system and ledger.
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports.
Knowledge of FIFO, FEFO, stock reconciliation, and inventory control procedures.
Issue materials/products according to authorized requisitions.
Raw materials safe keeping of raw materials receiving of raw and packaging materials from suppliers.
Issuance of raw and packaging materials to production.
Preparing reports and documents.
Monitor stock levels and prepare stock updates.
Maintain proper documentation of goods received and delivered.
Ensure proper arrangement, safety, and cleanliness of the store.
Coordinate with purchase, accounts, and other departments when required.
