Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit, and other relevant design software.
Strong knowledge of ventilation, plumbing, electrical, and safety requirements for commercial kitchens.
Ability to prepare BOQ, technical specifications, and project documentation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with clients and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
Willingness to travel for site visits, supervision, and project coordination.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities:
Designing and developing kitchen layouts, floor plans, and equipment placement ensuring functionality, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.
Collaborating with clients to understand their requirements and translating them into practical kitchen designs.
Preparing detailed architectural drawings, 2D Design, 3D visualizations, Isometric view, and technical documentation for project execution.
Coordinating with engineers and project managers to ensure smooth implementation of kitchen projects.
Ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, ventilation, and regulatory standards in all designs.
Conducting site visits to monitor construction progress, verify installations, and resolve on-site issues.
Advising on suitable kitchen equipment specifications and placement for optimal workflow and energy efficiency.
Assist in project cost estimation and budgeting.
Providing post-installation support and design adjustments based on client feedback.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in kitchen design.
Reporting regularly to management on project status, challenges, and recommendations.
Attend important meetings and preparing meeting minutes accordingly.
In case of emergency, have to respond on weekend or after duty time.
Other duties as assigned.
