Experience
2 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Design
Additional Requirements
Age 22 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context
Clear understanding and detail about architectural building construction, interior design.
Meeting with the client for design and BOQ.
Attend client meetings with the Customer Relations team to assist sales.
Prepare a 2D design as per the instructions of the lead Architect and prepare BOQ.
Specification drawing, Interior design working drawing 2D format.
Understanding and preparing shop drawings.
A clear understanding of site visit, site measurement, and status.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the management·
Sound Knowledge of modern interior Design & amp; Drawing. The visualizer must have a strong capability in residential design, office design, restaurant design, stage design, and full working drawings.
Any other Design-related duties assigned by the Principal Architect or management.
Regular site visits are needed to follow up on ongoing projects. Perform other duties as assigned by the superiors. Meet deadlines and work well under pressure
