Requirements

Education

Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Engineering

Experience

At least 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Responsibilities & Context

10+ years in woven outerwear or jacket merchandising.

End-to-end tracking of orders from sampling to shipment

Liaison between buyers, production units, development merchandiser raw material suppliers

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Monitoring sample approvals, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring production stays within budget.

Ensuring strict adherence to production timelines and delivery schedules.

Brand office working & Production coordination  experience 

Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced level), PowerPoint, ERP systems, or PLM software. 

Columbia Garments dealing experienced candidate will be given preference
