Keen knowledge of the Production of Halloween clothes.
Garments production experience of 5-7 years.
Must have an idea of Halloween clothes.
Have experience in handling a 700-1000 workers size garment factory.
Should have a good command over English, both written and in verbal form.·
Must have good interpersonal, communicative and analytical skills.
Must have expertise in the Microsoft Office suite & Internet browsing.
Responsibilities & Context
Collect production planning and apply it accordingly.
Ensure to resolve quality-related issues in production and train operators to enhance efficiency.
Ensure to handle several numbers of parties and orders at a time independently.
Ability to execute given tasks as per the time frame and action plan.
Maintain & preserve related documents & provide a regular report.
Coordinate with the internet & Halloween cloth production department.
Ensuring products are produced in time and are of good quality.
Working out the human and material resources needed.
Monitoring all physical qualities of finishing goods.
Ensure planning and organizing production schedules maintaining the target delivery date by assessing the capacity of production.
Prepare the Production report & submit to the management as when necessary.
Other relevant assigned tasks as per the supervisor’s instructions.
