Responsibilities & Context
Job Overview:
PRAN-RFL Group is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Cost Accounts to join its Accounts team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to build a career in cost accounting by gaining hands-on experience in cost analysis, budgeting, inventory valuation, and financial reporting within a manufacturing environment.
The selected candidate will work closely with the Cost Accounts team to ensure accurate cost data, support operational decision-making, and contribute to efficient cost management across the organization.
Job Responsibility:
Assist in preparing product costing, cost reports, and financial analyses.
Support budgeting, cost control, and variance analysis activities.
Maintain cost records and assist in inventory valuation and reconciliation.
Analyze production costs and support process improvement initiatives.
Assist in preparing monthly MIS reports and provide cost-related data for management decision-making.
Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Procurement teams to collect, verify, and analyze cost-related information.
Perform other cost accounting and finance-related tasks assigned by the supervisor
