Job Highlights:
Lead and execute end-to-end digital marketing initiatives to drive business growth and brand awareness through SEO, performance marketing, social media marketing, content strategy, and paid advertising. Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital campaigns to maximize ROI while monitoring performance through analytics and reporting. Develop creative marketing assets, including graphic designs, product packaging, promotional materials, videos, and motion graphics, ensuring consistent brand identity across all channels. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities, collaborate with sales and marketing teams on integrated campaigns, prepare marketing reports, proposals, and presentations, and lead the digital marketing and creative team to ensure the timely execution of high-quality marketing initiatives.
Context
Netcom Trade International is seeking an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing strategies, managing advertising campaigns, leading the creative team, and collaborating with sales and traditional marketing teams to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support business growth and increase brand awareness.
Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Collaborate with the sales and traditional marketing teams to align marketing initiatives and drive revenue growth.
Take full responsibility for the company`s SEO strategy and execution.
Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, technical SEO, and local SEO.
Monitor website performance, search rankings, backlinks, and organic traffic, implementing continuous improvements.
Optimize website content, landing pages, metadata, and user experience to improve search engine visibility and conversions.
Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid advertising campaigns.
Monitor advertising budgets and maximize ROI through continuous optimization and A/B testing.
Develop and execute social media strategies across all platforms.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
Manage content calendars and ensure consistent branding across all digital channels.
Design digital and print marketing materials using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Design product packaging, brochures, catalogs, banners, flyers, social media creatives, and promotional materials.
Produce, shoot, edit, and publish promotional videos, product videos, and social media content.
Create motion graphics and short-form videos for digital marketing campaigns.
Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and other marketing tools.
Prepare monthly marketing reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the traditional marketing and sales teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
Analyze customer behavior, conversion funnels, and campaign performance to improve ROI.
Lead, supervise, and mentor the digital marketing and creative team.
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers, and media partners when required.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
Ensure consistent brand identity across all digital and offline marketing materials.
Prepare marketing presentations, reports, proposals, and promotional documentation.
Maintain organized marketing assets and documentation for campaigns and branding.
Assist with document preparation, proposal design, and marketing presentations when required.
