· 5+ years of Cloud operational experience (Kubernetes, CI/CD, Observability, etc.).
· Be familiar with the cloud platform and cloud products.
· Familiar with VM backup, recovery, and high availability solutions.
· Possess in-dept knowledge on OS.
Responsibilities & Context
We are seeking a skilled PaaS Engineer for our client to join in a dynamic Cloud MS team. The position will focus on designing, implementing, and optimizing IT operational processes and tools to enhance the operational efficiency and reliability of PaaS products.
Key Responsibilities:
· Responsible for handling HCS product issues, providing service support, proactively preventing risks, managing O&M activities, and evolving HCS product versions.
· Major fault handling and coordination with related parties, O&M service quality management and continuous improvement.
· Major Incident Review, Operational Analysis, Hazard Identification & Reporting.
· Maintain and help customers use Cloud PaaS products (such as CCE, ROMA, DCS etc.).
· Design, develop and implement automation solutions to streamline repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
· Monitor and analyze O&M operational metrics to identify trends, performance issues, and opportunities for optimization.
· Complete other tasks assigned by the leader
