Requirements

Education

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting

Experience

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, Textile

Additional Requirements

Age At least 25 years

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, journal entries and reconciliations.

Responsibilities & Context

1) Ensure accuracy of financial reporting and Maintain all inventory-related ledgers.

2) Calculate depreciation and assess asset values.

3) Update the Fixed Asset Register with new asset additions.

4) Maintain and reconcile import liabilities.

5) Reconcile inventory recording for monthly closing and ensure proper accounting entries.

6) Verify supplier documents for document acceptance.

7) Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings.

8) Manage data in Excel and prepare required reports.
