Job Context:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager for Television Segment at Smart Electronics Ltd (Sony Smart). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business development, overseeing sales and distribution, executing marketing and branding strategies, managing promotions, and ensuring efficient operations and supply chain management for our Sony Bravia TVs and Smart TVs.
This role demands a strategic thinker with strong leadership and communication skills to enhance our market presence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share for the Television segment.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels for television sales and distribution.

Marketing & Branding:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and branding initiatives to enhance the visibility and appeal of our television products.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.

Promotion & Advertising:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and deploy promotional materials and advertisements.
  • Organize product launches, events, and demonstrations to boost product awareness and sales.

Operations Management:

  • Oversee the daily operations related to the television segment, ensuring smooth execution of sales, distribution, and customer service activities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficiency in operations.

Commercial Work & Supply Chain Management:

  • Manage commercial activities, including pricing, negotiations, and contracts with suppliers and partners.
  • Ensure efficient supply chain management to maintain optimal stock levels and timely product availability.

Sourcing & Procurement:

  • Identify and establish relationships with reliable suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to secure the best deals for quality television products.

Customer Satisfaction:

  • Monitor customer feedback and resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Implement strategies to improve after-sales service and support.

Any other task assigned by the management.
