Education
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting & Finance.
Master of Commerce (Mcom) in Accounting & Finance.

Responsibilities & Context
Manage and supervise all accounting and financial operations of the company.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Monitor the General Ledger, Trial Balance, and accounting records.
Monitor production costs and perform cost accounting analysis.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts. Perform bank reconciliations and manage banking transactions.
Ensure compliance with Tax, VAT, TDS, and other statutory regulations.
Coordinate internal and external audits and resolve audit findings.
Prepare financial reports and MIS reports for management.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and internal controls.
Supervise and guide the accounts team to achieve departmental objectives.
Use ERP/Accounting software for financial management.
Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
Coordinate with procurement, production, sales, and warehouse departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
