Position: International Business Development Trainee/Executive

Position Type: Full-time

Office Time: 9:30 AM- 6:00 PM (Sunday-Thursday)

Location: Baridhara J Block, Notun Bazar, Dhaka, Bangladesh

Role overview

We are seeking a high-energy International Business Development Trainee/Executive to support our growth. They will learn to identify global market opportunities, engage with international stakeholders, and assist in securing high-impact research projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads by identifying potential clients, new business opportunities and project opportunities in global markets
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify prospects, build sales pipelines, and track leads for business development
Collect and maintain accurate records of client interactions and prospects using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and PowerPoint
Present, promote, and sell the company’s services through effective communication with existing and prospective global clients
Prepare business proposals, presentations, reports, and dashboards, and assist in conducting client meetings to explore business opportunities and present our services
Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Research teams to develop strategies for client engagement and retention
Follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively
