Requirements
Education
Must have a Master’s degree with Honours in Social Science and other relevant disciplines;
Candidates with a third division or a GPA below 2 in SSC/HSC or a CGPA below 2.5 as applicable are not considered to meet the necessary requirements;
Additional Requirements
Age 24 to 30 years
Computer skill in MS Office, MS Excel and Bangla typing;
Should be able to work under pressure;
Working experience in Parliament related study is preferable.
Responsibilities & Context
Transparency International Bangladesh (TIB) is inviting applications for appointment on contract basis for the position of Research Assistant (Short-term) under the Research & Policy Division for the “Parliament Watch” study, to be conducted under the project titled PACTA.
Job Description:
Transcribe data from video records and do entry into data entry format (Both qualitative and quantitative data);
Assist to check and cross-check the collected data;
Assist to compile, clean and edit data; and
Carry out need-based tasks as assigned by the researchers.
