Training time must be strictly maintained on a regular basis. In case of irregularity, the training schedule will be revised. (Leave weekend only)

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct online research and collect accurate data from various web-based sources.
Review, organize, and maintain databases with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Verify, update, and manage information in company systems and spreadsheets.
Monitor data quality and identify inconsistencies to ensure reliable reporting.
Utilize computer applications and online tools efficiently to complete assigned tasks.
Follow company guidelines, deadlines, and quality standards while maintaining productivity.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding work progress.
NIGHT Shift: 9 PM – 7 AM

Salary Review: Yearly
Basic Salary: BDT 13,000 per month. (Fixed) Performance-Based Earnings: Employees who perform their duties efficiently and achieve sales targets can earn an additional sales commission, bringing their total monthly income to approximately BDT 15,000 to BDT 30,000+, depending on individual performance and sales achievements. Training time : Joining month, Allowance 6,500/- Taka (Day basis) Attendance Bonus : 1000/- Taka. (If you attend 30 days on time) Sales Commission. (After completing 2 months) Casual leave – after 3 months, Yearly 15 days, EID Holiday 5 days. (Any one EID) No government holiday or others. EID bonus: 50% of basic salary. (At least 1-year completing service) Salary review: After 1 Year. Tea/Coffee & Snacks.
