The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Airline, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Group of Companies, Hotel, Immigration/Visa Processing, Multinational Companies
Additional Requirements
Age 25 to 35 years
Must be customer oriented
Must be fluent in Arabic, English, and Bangla (both written and spoken).
Arabic proficiency level equivalent to B2/C1/C2 or native-level fluency preferred.
Excellent translation and interpretation skills.
Candidates experienced in BPO industry, telecommunication, airlines, customer cate, hotel shall be preferred but it’s not a mandatory requirement.
Responsibilities & Context
Maintain effective communication with Arabic-speaking applicants, clients, and officials.
Provide high-quality translation and interpretation support in Arabic, English, and Bangla.
Support day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
Handle customer/applicant queries in person, via email, and over the phone.
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction at all times.
Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), compliance requirements, and process guidelines.
Record & maintain all application data. Ensure accurate & timely data entry into the system with zero errors.
Maintain compliance to the standard operating procedures, manuals etc. without deviation in process.
To Ensure customer satisfaction.
Encourage applicants to provide feedback on services provided and their overall experience in the office.
