Yunus Khan Memorial School & College and Yunus Khan Mahmuda Khanam Memorial Health Complex is looking for professionals for their IT-enabled school, college & Hospital “Accounts Officer” position in Yunus Khan Memorial School & College and Hospital (https://new.ykmcs.org.bd/) is run under Yunus Khan Mahmuda Khanam Memorial Foundation with academic and technical assistance from bdeducation (www.bdeducation.org.bd). The institution has state-of-the-art infrastructure and facilities at Shamurbari, Gaondia, Lauhajong, Munshiganj.

Responsibilities:

Maintain daily income and expenditure records accurately

Collect and record students’ tuition fees and other institutional fees

Prepare and manage patient billing, admission fees, and hospital service charges

Perform bank transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and bank reconciliation

Prepare monthly and yearly financial statements and reports

Maintain cash book and ledger properly and update regularly

Prepare and maintain receipts and payment vouchers

Manage staff salaries, wages, and other payroll-related accounts

Assist in audit preparation and provide necessary financial documents

Support in budget preparation and expense control

Follow up and collect outstanding dues and pending fees

Provide financial reports and assist management in decision-making
