Requirements

Education

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Bachelor`s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.

Experience

2 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Coffee Shop, Resort, Restaurant

Additional Requirements

Age 25 to 40 years
Only Male

Proven experience as an accountant in the hotel or hospitality industry.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities & Context

Manage and maintain accounting records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and other financial data.

Prepare Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet.

Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts regularly.

Prepare Bank Reconciliation Account

Inventory sheet

Prepare and analyze financial statements to provide insights and recommendations

Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and ensure accuracy of information.

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal financial regulations.

Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecast.

Provide support during audits and tax preparation.

Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities in a timely and professional manner.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.
