  • Considerable understanding of Strategic business, specially dealing with stakeholders of B2G segment such as Government Accounts, Armed Forces
  • Knowledge of dealing with NGOs will be an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of sales strategy development and execution
  • Up to date on current sales and management tools and methodologies
  • Strong business acumen
  • In-depth insight into various industries performance and trends
  • Working knowledge of GSM Technology
  • Basic Knowledge of relevant BTRC regulations
  • Thorough understanding of analyzing and interpreting market intelligence
  • Good knowledge of market penetration techniques and tools

Responsibilities & Context

  • Scout the market to generate leads for potential clients within assigned territory of strategic business which includes Government accounts and NGOs
  • Prepare visit plan for existing and potential corporate clients & analyze business opportunity for clients
  • Prepare and present business opportunities to key contact points (KCP) and key decision maker (KDM) of corporate clients
  • Win back lost accounts by offers & follow-up with existing and potential customers with new offers
  • Identify and peach business solutions (VAS) like field force tracking, Sales reporting, Mobile financial service etc. to potential customers’
  • Assign and coordinate with CSM team for after sales services for the accounts
  • Maintain relationship with Key Contact Person (KCP), Key Decision Maker (KDM) and general users through different activities on a need basis
  • Interact regularly for sales opportunity & make them aware on upcoming VASs and other corporate specific solutions
  • Prepare and submit daily sales activity report in the prescribed format
  • Follow any documentation requirement process for any activation
  • Identify and plan based on market opportunity in both existing and potential clients with various ICT products and solutions
  • Identify new and innovative ways to extract more revenue from existing clients by ensuring proactive services and excellence
