Job Description:
Sales Executive/ Territory Sales Officer / Territory Sales Manager
Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Territory Sales Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and market share growth within a designated territory. This role involves managing customer relationships, executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.
Core Responsibilities
1) Sales and Target Achievement
- Sales Execution:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue growth.
- Customer Acquisition:
- Identify and acquire new customers through market research, cold calling, and networking.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
2) Territory Management
- Market Coverage:
- Ensure comprehensive market coverage by visiting retailers, wholesalers, and other key accounts regularly.
- Analyze territory performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Product Distribution:
- Ensure optimal product distribution and availability across all points of sale within the territory.
- Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
3)Customer Relationship Management
- Engagement and Support:
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service and support.
- Address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Feedback Collection:
- Collect and report customer feedback and market intelligence to inform product development and sales strategies.
4) Reporting and Analysis
- Sales Reporting:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports detailing performance metrics, challenges, and market insights.
- Data Analysis:
- Analyze sales data to track performance trends and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide actionable insights to the management team based on data analysis.
5) Promotional Activities
- Campaign Execution:
- Implement promotional campaigns and activities to boost product visibility and sales.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute territory-specific marketing initiatives.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor the effectiveness of promotional activities and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

- Training and Development:
- Conduct training sessions for retailers and sales team members to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaboration:
