Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.
Solid understanding of fundamental web technologies such as HTTP, API, AJAX, Payment gateway and JSON.
Experience with popular WordPress workflows.
Version control experience (GIT).
Experience with specific phases of the software development life cycle including requirements gathering, requirements analysis, design, development, and test.
Collaborate with Back-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server side logic.

Job Context

Silicon Orchard Limited is looking for an experienced WordPress developer who has a great understanding of WordPress theme and plugin development.

Job Responsibilities·

Strong knowledge of WordPress theme or plugin development.
Solid understanding of WordPress Action/Hooks/Database and its APIs.
Design and implement new features and functionality, knowledgeable about WP custom post type, custom taxonomy, page builder, and custom Meta box.
Ability to integrate API connection.
Self-confidence and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Solid understanding of PHP.
Knowledge of Laravel/React is a huge plus.
