Additional Requirements

• Age at most 45 years

• Well experience in the food and beverage manufacturing industry required.
• Knowledge of leading an automated production facility in the food and beverage manufacturing distribution, warehouse management, transportation management, inventory control systems.
• Broad knowledge of standards of manufacturing technology, equipment, food safety, organizational development/management, finance and employee relations.
• Knowledge of excellent organizational, leadership, motivational, analytical problem solving and strategic planning skills.
• A successful track record of being able to establish and achieve performance goals and objectives for safety, Develop and implement a comprehensive export business development strategy to achieve sales targets and market expansion goals.
• Proven experience in export sales, business development, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations and market dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel internationally as needed.

• Results-oriented with a strategic mindset.

Desired Skills

• Ability to effectively communicate fluent both verbally and in writing English
• Ability to read and analyze financial reports with a thorough understanding of budget projections.
• Able to effectively present and communicate performance to senior leadership.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate new international business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, and clients to maximize market penetration.
• Conduct market research to identify potential export markets, assess competitive landscapes, and tailor strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of export initiatives.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts, pricing agreements, and terms with international partners.
• Provide regular reports and analysis on export sales performance, market trends, and opportunities, quality, cost control, manufacturing efficiency and process development.
