Akij Flour Mills Ltd. (AFML) is a leading flour mill in Bangladesh, providing high-quality flour products to customers since its inception in 2016. In addition to producing Atta, Maida, and Suji, AFML also supplies other related products such as wheat bran, aromatic rice, puff rice, mustard oil, red lentil and so on. The company has quickly gained a positive reputation across the country with its brand SUNSHINE, which is known for its high-quality products made from the finest quality wheat that AFML sources using its experienced quality assurance team.
Now, we are seeking a dynamic & energetic person to join us as “Officer (IT)”.
Job Location: Factory (Narayangonj – Bondor)
The candidate has to perform following responsibilities:
LAN/ WAN equipment’s like Router, Switch and Server for proper Installation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting.
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
Company user’s mail configuration in Microsoft outlook, Mobile device, TAB, web mail etc.
Work with ERP systems users and management to determine appropriate system configuration and setup.
Establish and maintain backup and data recovery policies and procedures with Maintenance
Monitoring and ensure day to day IT operation is running smoothly.
Take care of all the administration of IT devices & infrastructure.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
Any other IT related works of the organization.
