Requirements
Education
Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from a College Affiliated with a Public University.
Candidates with teaching experience will be given preference.
Graduates from Saic College of Medical Science and Technology will be given preference.
Experience
1 to 2 years

Responsibilities & Context
Saic Group contributes their effort in large scale in the education sector in whole Bangladesh. Almost One Thousand (Administrative + Academic) staffs are employment under SAIC Group. And about 15000 Students continue their study under Saic Group. Now we are looking for a candidate for the post of Lecturer – Physiotherapy for Saic College of Medical Science & Technology (SCMST), Dhaka.
Major Responsibilities:
Minimum Class Load is Twenty One (21) per Week.
Coordinate and guide the Students of the class.
Check the Lesson Plan if it is done according to the Syllabus and present the same to the section in-charge for approval.
Counsel the Guardians/ Parents as and when required.
Organize different Programs (Rally, Campaign, Medical Camps, Cultural Program, Debates etc.).
Take initiative whenever it is necessary in order to uphold the image of the Institution.
Take initiatives against any sort of undisciplined activities by any of the subordinates or students.
Supervise the Teacher – Parents meeting and Result Day.
Conduct theoretical & practical classes as per the Syllabus and College requirements.
Motivate and Counsel the students and their parents/guardians through follow-up to ensure 85% class attendance and to reduce dropout.
Facilitate in-house skill training for the teaching staff.
Assist the Department Head as per his/ her needs.
Prepare weekly attendance report and submit to the Department Head.
Prepare lesson plan and semester plan at the beginning of the subject.
Positive willingness for Team work.
To arrange clinical practice and internship for students.
Any other task as assigned from time to time.
