Strong persuasive and problem-solving abilities.

Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus (Freshers are also encouraged to apply).

Excellent communication skills in both Bengali and English.

Responsibilities & Context

Make outbound calls to potential clients and provide information about our services.

Answer incoming calls and address customer queries professionally.

Maintain a database of client interactions and follow up regularly.

Meet weekly/monthly target goals.
