Education

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) from any public university. Graduates from BUET, CUET, or RUET will be given preference.

Experience

2 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular site visits to supervise workmanship quality, resolve technical issues, and ensure execution complies with approved designs and quality standards.

Prepare, review, and validate detailed architectural, finishing, working, and coordination drawings for building exteriors, ground floors, lobbies, and rooftops.

Develop high-quality 3D conceptual models, visualizations, and renderings to effectively communicate design concepts to management and clients.

Design building facades to establish a strong architectural identity and contribute to landscape and plantation design with a focus on aesthetics and sustainability.

Prepare architectural plans and designs independently for building construction.

Prepare and review architectural plans, specifications, elevations, and interior details.

Coordinate with relevant teams to identify and resolve design-related issues effectively.

Develop and conceptualize architectural layouts and design solutions for residential projects.

Monitor site execution to ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings and relevant project documents.
