5–10 years of relevant experience in internal audit, bill verification, or financial control.
Responsibilities & Context
Bill Verification & Pre-Audit: Conduct thorough pre-audits and verification of all vendor, contractor, raw material procurement, civil/factory, operational, and utility bills against purchase orders, contracts, and delivery receipts.
Internal Control & Risk Assessment: Develop, refine, and enforce internal control systems across corporate and factory operations to prevent fraud, financial leakage, and compliance lapses.
Inventory & Stock Audit: Plan and lead periodic physical inventory verification of raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), finished goods, and hardware components at factory units and warehouses.
Costing & Variance Analysis: Audit Bill of Materials (BOM), material consumption reports, production wastage rates, and operational expenses to identify cost savings and discrepancies.
Compliance & Financial Reporting: Ensure compliance with statutory financial regulations, corporate governance standards, and company SOPs. Prepare comprehensive audit findings and actionable reports for management.
Communication: Maintain transparent communication with Accounts, Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain departments.
