Requirements

Education

B.Sc./Diploma in Mechanical /Marine Engineering

Experience

4 to 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Power, Group of Companies

Additional Requirements

Age At least 30 years
Only Male

Should have sincere, self-motivated, hardworking & honesty.

At least 4 years hands-on-experience .

Proactive, analytical & can work under stress

Strong organization and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities

Good command in Computer application. Must have a sound knowledge in MS Office

Should have positive and flexible attitude.

Responsibilities & Context

Handling lighter & coastal vessels operation

Sound knowledge in bunkering, ship repair and maintenance work plan

Assist in coordination of coastal & lighter vessels to know present status and deployment program

Check crew attendance of vessel with supervisor

Assist in coordination of plant bunker in charge about their status of fuel and advise them about loading, unloading schedule

Monitoring loading and unloading progress

Assist in preparing of yearly report, monthly report & departmental bills

Ship yard visit and checking all parameters of engine of vessels

Visit BIWTA/ DG Shipping for various documentation

Procurement and repair maintenance arrangement of ships

Maintain liaison with Police, river Police and other law enforcing agencies

Any other task as assigned by management.
