Responsibilities & Context
We are seeking a competent, responsible, and forward-looking Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts for our well-established organization with a 22-year business legacy.
As the organization strengthens its financial discipline and operational effectiveness in a changing business environment, this role will lead and manage the Finance & Accounts function. The successful candidate must be hands-on, commercially aware, and able to provide timely financial insight and practical advice to Management.
This is a long-term leadership opportunity. Based on performance, integrity, leadership capability, and contribution to the organization’s growth, the selected candidate may be considered for broader responsibilities at the General Manager level in the future.
