Responsibilities & Context
- To ensure efficient, effective and business focused IT and Telecommunication infrastructure in accordance with the life Insurance Industry standards.
- To implement strategies for attain maximum operating efficiency and proper contingency of IT systems so that customer service, revenue generation and integrity of data and documents are protected.
- Develop and implement technology initiatives to support Shanta Life Insurance PLC initiatives and profitability goals.
- Direct and manage computing and information technology, strategic planning, policies and programs.
- Ensure the integrity of computer servers, network communications and management information services.
- Integrate and maintain multiple software environments and portal development.
- Partner with top managements and recommend quality technological solutions, which are able to enhance performance and revenue targets.

- Coordinate with IT vendors / service providers to deliver goods and services as per agreed service level agreements.
