Education

  • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Experience

  • 1 to 4 years

    Real Estate, Developer

  • Age 25 to 32 years
  •   The candidate should be self-motivated and dynamic.
  • Customer convincing capacity, strong interpersonal communication, negotiation and consultative sales skills are must.
  • Must have a good voice and convincing power over phone.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Answering inbound calls, messages and queries through digital platforms like phone call, SMS, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.
  • Initiating outbound calls to prospective customers or clients to promote products or services.
  • Identifying and qualifying leads through calls and gathering relevant information about potential customers.
  • Presenting and explaining products or services to potential customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and advantages.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers through regular follow-up calls, addressing inquiries, and providing assistance.
  • Assisting the sales team by scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and providing necessary information to facilitate the sales process.
  • Gathering feedback from customers regarding products or services, identifying market trends, and providing insights to the marketing or sales team.
  • Follow up to ensure resolution, keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Recording and updating customer information, call logs & activity in the company’s database or CRM system.
  • Detail outdoor visit plan for meeting with Right TG.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with existing / new customers through through open and interactive communication.
  • Arrange sales appointments and create sales opportunity.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods / tools.
  • Prepare effective sales plans within set budget, targets and deadlines.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports & provide feedback to Supervisor on regular basis.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the management.
