Education
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Accounting & Information System, Finance, Finance & Banking
Minimum Part 1 completed in CA / CMA / ACCA.
Experience
At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Investment/Merchant Banking, Group of Companies, Share Brokerage/ Securities House, Manufacturing (FMCG), Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Retail Store
Additional Requirements
Age At most 35 years
Strong knowledge of financial accounting and reporting.
Practical expertise in cost management and cost analysis.
Strong capability in project financial analysis and budget monitoring.
Excellent analytical and numerical skills with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to interpret financial data and convert it into actionable business insights.
Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
Good knowledge of financial controls, audit and compliance.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office; knowledge of accounting/ERP software will be an advantage.
Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
A proactive, responsible and result-oriented approach to work.
Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for a competent, analytical and detail-oriented finance professional to join our Finance & Accounts team as Senior Officer – Finance & Accounts.
This role is designed for a finance professional who can go beyond routine accounting and contribute meaningfully to cost management, project financial analysis, budgeting, financial reporting and business performance. The successful candidate will work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure financial discipline, accurate reporting and effective utilization of organizational resources.
