  • Willingness to travel at any places of Bogura Zone/Region to do field work.
  • Persuasive personality and excellent influencing & communication skills.
  • Expert user of Microsoft office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good analytical and presentation skill.

Purpose:

Zonal/Regional Manager-Sales & Marketing plays the key role to achieve company’s objective, a Zonal/Regional Manager should be smart, intelligent, bold, and knowledgeable, knows the fact of markets and have industry knowledge. He is responsible for team building and driving as well as managing a big team size, research business opportunities, identify sales points, and develop strategic plans and sales strategies. He is more responsible for the implementation of activities and ensuring profitability in the assigned Zone/Region.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Sales Forecasting.
  • Achieve Zonal/Regional sales objective through Director-Sales & Marketing.
  • Conduct market research and analysis for market development, Zone/Region mapping, prepare Zonal/Regional budget, plan and implementation of various strategies.
  • Manpower planning and maintain good attrition rate of the Zone/Region.
  • Team control & development.
  • New product launch and ability to drive pre and post launch activities.
  • Feedback to reporting authorities regarding market develop and intelligence.
  • Keeping liaison with various customer (s) and associations etc.
  • Organizing various business development programs for different stakeholders.
  • Responsible for cost center expense vs budget.
  • Implementation of activities and marketing strategies for sales & marketing team.
  • Coordinate with the field to study the behavior pattern of customers.
  • Cultivate a healthy working culture in the organization to ensure achievement to target revenue with focused brand objectives.
