Requirements
Education
Masters in Accounting/Finance/Economics from reputed universities.
Partly qualified CA/CFA/ACCA will be preferred.
No third division/class or equivalent CGPA is allowed at any stage of the academic career.
Preferably completed Banking Diploma courses (JAIBB & AIBB).
Experience
At least 4 years

High Degree Diplomacy and sensitivity in dealing with internal and external clients, staff and managers at all levels.
Good communication & interpersonal skill & strong analytical ability.
Proficient in Python, MS Office package specially in MS Excel.
Responsibilities & Context
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our investment banking team. The candidate will play a critical leadership role in corporate finance activities, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory services. This position demands strong leadership skills, Time & Target Management skills, a deep understanding of market trends and analytical skills. Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-oriented, and capable to lead individual projects to deliver in targeted time-frame.
Conduct financial analysis and valuation using methods such as DCF, LBO, precedent transactions, and comparable company analysis.
Prepare pitch books, investor presentations, and other client-facing materials to support deal origination and execution.
Execution of transactions, including M&A, IPOs, debt and equity financing, and restructuring projects.
Perform in-depth industry and company research to support strategic advisory initiatives.
Conduct due diligence processes in collaboration with legal, financial, and operational teams.
Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and strategic alternatives.
Interact with clients, investors, and other stakeholders under the guidance of senior bankers.
Monitor market developments, trends, and news to provide relevant insights to the team and clients.
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism in all communications and deliverables.
