Previous experience in any of the following sectors will be strongly preferred: Payment Service Provider (PSP), Mobile Financial Services (MFS), FinTech, Payment Gateway, Banking, Digital Payments, Merchant Acquisition, Financial Technology, or related payment services
Excellent communication skills in English
Experience in partnership development, institutional sales or merchant acquisition.
Knowledge of payment gateways, merchant payments, and digital financial services.
Experience in commercial negotiation and business partnership development.
Ability to independently generate leads and convert opportunities into business partnerships.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla.
Strong written and spoken English communication is essential.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Good understanding of the PSP, MFS and digital payment ecosystem in Bangladesh.
Ability to communicate confidently with banks, financial institutions, corporate clients and senior management.
Strong networking and relationship management skills.
Responsibilities & Context
Identify and develop new business opportunities for the company.
Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, MFS providers, PSPs, fintech companies, merchants and corporate partners.
Conduct meetings and negotiate commercial terms with potential business partners.
Develop partnership proposals, business presentations and commercial offers.
Follow up with prospective and existing partners.
Support merchant acquisition and institutional business development.
Coordinate with Operations, Compliance, Technical and Management teams for new business implementation.
Conduct market research and identify new products, services and revenue opportunities.
Maintain knowledge of Bangladesh’s digital payment, PSP, MFS and fintech market.
Keep updated on relevant Bangladesh Bank regulations and industry developments.
Prepare business development reports, pipeline updates and management presentations.
Achieve assigned business development targets and KPIs.
Represent the company professionally in meetings, events and business discussions.
Existing professional connections with banks, MFS operators, PSPs, fintech companies or merchants.
