Requirements
Education
MBA/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Banking, Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or any other relevant discipline from a recognized university.
Candidates possessing professional qualifications or certifications in Banking, Finance, Digital Financial Services, Information Technology, Risk Management, or Leadership will be given preference.
Educational qualifications may be relaxed for exceptionally qualified and experienced candidates.
Experience
At least 15 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks
Additional Requirements
Minimum 15 (fifteen) years of professional experience in banking, financial services, fintech, payment systems or related sectors.
At least 5 (five) years of experience in Mobile Financial Services (MFS), Digital Banking, Payment Systems, FinTech or Digital Financial Services.
Minimum 3 (three) years of experience in a senior executive leadership position responsible for business strategy, operations, technology or corporate management.
Demonstrated experience in business development, digital transformation, strategic planning, financial management, risk management, regulatory compliance and organizational leadership.
Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Bank regulations governing Mobile Financial Services, Payment Systems, AML/CFT, Corporate Governance and Information Security.

To lead the Company’s next phase of growth and transformation, TeleCash Limited invites applications from highly accomplished, visionary and dynamic professionals for the position of Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities
The Managing Director shall be responsible for the overall leadership, management and strategic direction of TeleCash Limited, including but not limited to:
Formulating and implementing the Company’s strategic business plan and long-term growth initiatives.
Driving sustainable business growth, profitability, innovation and market expansion.
Providing overall leadership in the development, implementation and management of Mobile Financial Services (MFS) products and digital payment solutions.
Ensuring full compliance with Bangladesh Bank regulations, applicable laws and internal governance frameworks.
Strengthening enterprise risk management, internal controls, compliance, cybersecurity and operational resilience.
Leading digital transformation initiatives and promoting innovation across all business functions.
Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with Bangladesh Bank, sponsors regulators, mobile network operators, payment partners, merchants and other stakeholders.
Building and leading a high-performing management team while fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, innovation and customer excellence.
Achieving the Company’s approved financial, operational and strategic objectives.
