Requirements
Education
4 years of Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in any subject from any reputed university is required.
Additional Requirements
Technical & Behavioral Skills:
Very good knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Power point, Word, and familiarity with other database management software is preferable
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Bangla & English
Strong knowledge on Bangladesh Bank regulation
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management
Responsibilities & Context
Job Responsibilities:
The role is primarily responsible for receiving & sending credit applications for CPV, update the information accurately in the system, and monitoring the CPV agents.
Ensure CPV Turn-Around-Time is maintained, ensuring quality.
On time allocation & receiving of CPV reports. Update the information to the Analysts.
Ensure the functionality of CPV system module.
Maintain effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders, which includes Branches, Sales Teams, Credit Analysts, CPV Agents.
Maintain & prepare various collection reports (MIS) and update to management accordingly
