Education
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
Experience
2 to 4 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Garments Accessories, Garments
Responsibilities & Context
Coordinate the sourcing and procurement of garment trims and accessories according to buyer and production requirements.
Prepare and maintain trims/accessories requisitions, purchase orders, and related documentation.
Follow up with suppliers regarding price, quality, order confirmation, production status, and delivery schedules.
Ensure timely availability of trims and accessories to support production and shipment deadlines.
Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, Planning, Quality, Commercial, and Store teams regarding trims and accessories requirements.
Review and verify trim/accessory specifications, samples, color, size, quality, and quantity as per approved requirements.
Maintain supplier communication and develop effective relationships with existing and potential suppliers.
Monitor outstanding orders and proactively identify delays or shortages.
Assist in negotiating prices and commercial terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Maintain updated records of supplier quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, and stock-related information.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of all trims and accessories-related activities.
Support the team in resolving quality, delivery, and quantity-related issues with suppliers.
Prepare regular status reports on pending orders, deliveries, and critical trims/accessories.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
