Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline / Diploma in Engineering-Mechanical/ Material Engineering
Experience
3 to 5 years

Good knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
Experience with Tally Prime or inventory management software is preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in store, inventory, or warehouse management.
Experience in machineries/ engineering/ manufacturing industry will get priority.
Having training in store & Inventory management or supply chain management will is an advantage.

Job Context
Monpura Group concern ‘MG Machineries Corporation’ a leading machinery and industrial equipment company seeking a qualified and experienced Store In-charge to manage inventory, warehouse operations, and stock control activities efficiently.
Job Location: Corporate Office: Cha-75/2, Pragati Sarani (Ridgedale), Badda, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, machinery parts, and accessories.
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers.
Issue materials and spare parts as per authorized requisitions.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Conduct regular physical inventory counts and stock verification.
Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Notes (MIN), and other store-related documents.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and well organized store system.
Generate periodic inventory and stock movement reports.
Coordinate with the Procurement, Accounts, and Operations departments regarding inventory matters.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
