Higher Secondary
Bachelor/Honors
BICS Certificate or relevant BICS certification.
Experience
At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Overseas Companies, Training Institutes
Additional Requirements
Age 25 to 50 years
Only Male
Relevant experience in Facility Management, Housekeeping, Cleaning Services or Facility Operations.
Good practical knowledge of facility-related tools, equipment and workplace procedures.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to conduct both theoretical and practical training.
Practical knowledge of BICS standards, procedures and requirements, even if not formally certified.
Overseas work experience in the Facility Management/Facility Services department, especially in developed/international-standard workplaces.
Previous experience as a Trainer, Instructor, Supervisor or Facility Team Leader.
Experience working according to international facility management, cleaning, housekeeping, HSE and workplace standards.
Strong practical skills and the ability to demonstrate procedures effectively to trainees.

Responsibilities & Context
Conduct practical and theoretical training on Facility Management & Services.
Train students according to industry and international workplace standards.
Demonstrate proper cleaning, housekeeping, maintenance and facility service procedures.
Prepare training materials, practical demonstrations and assessment activities.
Maintain training equipment, tools and workplace safety standards.
Monitor trainees’ performance and provide practical guidance.
Maintain training records, attendance and assessment documentation.
Perform other training-related duties assigned by management.
