Education
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Diploma in Civil
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 05 years’ experience in the construction sector.
Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least 07 years’ experience as an instructor in a skills training institute or 07 years working experience in industry.
Experience
5 to 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes

Experience Requirements:
Working experience in skills development project will be an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions for the Tiles & Marble Works course.
Provide practical and theoretical training to trainees.
Ensure effective delivery of skills-based training.
Guide trainees during practical training activities.
Support trainees in developing practical skills related to Tiles & Marble Works.
Maintain a professional and disciplined training environment.
Monitor trainees’ learning progress and provide necessary guidance.
Support assessment and evaluation of trainees’ skills.
Follow the requirements and procedures of the skills development program.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong practical knowledge of Tiles & Marble Works.
Good training and instructional skills.
Ability to provide practical skills-based training.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with trainees in a professional training environment.

Additional Requirements:
Candidates must meet the required educational and professional experience criteria.
Experience as an instructor in a skills training institute will be considered relevant for the Diploma qualification.
Industry experience will be considered relevant for the Diploma qualification.
Working experience in skills development projects will be an added advantage.
