Education

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing
Master of Science (MSc) in Nursing
Master of Public Health(MPH)

Experience

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Nursing Institute

Additional Requirements

Age At least 25 years

BSc in Nursing/MSc in Nursing.

Valid nursing registration/license as required by the relevant authority.

Relevant clinical nursing experience.

Teaching experience in a nursing institution is mandatory.

Completing the tasks assigned by higher authorities on time.

Responsibilities & Context

Develop and deliver theoretical nursing lessons to students.

Prepare lesson plans, lectures, assignments, and learning materials.

Demonstrate nursing procedures and clinical skills.

Supervise students during clinical rotations in hospitals and healthcare facilities.

Evaluate students’ academic performance and clinical competencies.

Conduct examinations, quizzes, practical assessments, and skill evaluations.

Provide guidance, feedback, and academic support to students.

Maintain accurate student attendance, assessment, and performance records.

Ensure that students follow nursing ethics, professional standards, and patient-safety practices.

Coordinate with hospital/clinical staff regarding student clinical training.

Participate in curriculum development and academic meetings.

Maintain a safe, respectful, and effective learning environment.

Stay updated with current nursing practices, guidelines, and healthcare developments.
